The first half hour of the class focuses on the circuit weights, and the second half focuses on a variety of new ways to use weights in your exercise program. This one hour class meets for four weeks.
Session 2: 2/10, 2/17, 2/24 & 3/3
Session 3: 3/14, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14
