New Yoga Class begins today at Noon

Yoga Flow (Hatha):  Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.  This is a mat yoga class (on the floor) & standing.  Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and loose clothing is recommended.  Your choice of bare feet or socks.   Class is 45 minutes in length.
