Join Us for Yoga!!

Join us for gentle & effective stretching that can help maintain joint flexibility and prevent injury! Exercise are preformed seated (in a chair) and standing, your choice. Class length is 45 minutes.

Beginner class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:05am

Intermediate class is held on Thursdays at 11:05am

Cost is $6.00/class for Non-Members; FREE for Members
