Hatha Yoga



Try our new class!

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.  Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.   This is  a mat yoga class (on the floor) & standing.  Bring your own yoga mat,  loose clothing is recommended. Your choice bare feet or socks.

Hatha Yoga is a one hour class.
