Join the Green Strong Challenge – July 17th – August 28th

This is a 6 week challenge that helps you focus on eating more vegetables! You don’t have to cut anything out of your diet you just have to add veggies! Veggies can be cooked or raw; fried veggies do not count!

This challenge is FREE! Complete the online registration form & pick up your tracking card at the front desk! To be eligible for prizes, all tracking cards need to be turned in by July 31, 2019.

All successful entries will have their name placed in a random drawing for prizes: three winners for 8 glasses of water & three winners for eating the vegetable servings. Drawing will be a random drawing of all the check off cards turned in by July 31, 2019.

  • Week 1: Eat 2 servings of veggies 3x a week
  • Week 2: Eat 2 servings of veggies 4x a week
  • Week 3: Eat 2 servings of veggies 6x a week
  • Week 4: Eat 3 servings of veggies 4x a week
  • Week 5: Eat 3 servings of veggies 6x a week
  • Week 6: Eat 3 servings of veggies 7x a week
