Beginners On Weights Class – Begins March 8th

Do you want to learn how to lift weights with someone to guide you along?  This three week course is an introduction to using machines to lift weights.  This way you can continue to use the machines confidently after completing the class to lift weights.

This forty –five minute class meets for three weeks.


Class Dates: Thursdays 9:00-9:45am March 8, 15, & 22

Must pre-register as class space is limited!


Cost: Free for SRC Members

$40.00 for Non-Members  (Class includes a month membership, which begins first day of class.)
