Beginners on Weights – Begins February 10th

This three week course is an introduction to using the machines to lift weights. You will use the machines confidently after completing the class. This forty –five minute class meets for three weeks.

Session 2: Sundays 4:00-4:45pm on 2/10, 2/17, 2/24

Session 3: Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm on 3/6, 3/13, 3/22

Must Pre-register as class space is limited!
