History of the Symons Recreation Complex

Symons Recreation Complex (SRC) was a gift to the community by John and Edith Symons. The doors first opened in June 1987. The SRC  is owned and operated by the City of Richland Center and Richland County.  The Complex employs approximately 40 individuals who are supervised by a Director who in turn is supervised by the Natatorium Board.

In 2004, the Symons Recreation Complex Foundation was established to continue the history of giving started by John and Edith Symons.
