Are you looking to run your first 5K, 10K or Half Marathon? Are you looking to improve your time that you are currently running?
During this 8 week course Lori will work with beginner and intermediate runners to get them ready to complete a race of their choice. You find the race/event that you want to participate in, then leave the training schedule to Lori!
Class meets twice a week; your personalized training schedule will also include solo workouts for other days of the week.
$70 for Members
$150 for Non-Members
