Back to the Basics (Land)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays @ 7:15pm ~ 30 Minute Class

A total body, aerobic & strength conditioning workout with basic exercise moves, no dance choreography. Each class is fun, unique & you will get a good workout in just 30 minutes. Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner – it doesn’t matter, there will be variations of moves given so anyone can try the class.
