 Water Aerobic Class Descriptions:

Senior Sea – For non-swimmers. Stresses flexibility exercises & a full body workout for older adults. 40 minutes (Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday @8:00am & @1:00pm)

Easy on the Joints – Planned for the non-swimmer.   Keep/ increase joint mobility and improve range of motion for those with joint ailments. 40 minutes (Monday, Wednesday & Fridays @8:45am)

Silver Splash – Activate your aqua urge for variety! Splash offers lots of fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility & cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, & a special SilverSneakers kick board is used to develop strength, balance & coordination. 45 minutes.  (Tuesdays & Thursdays @8:30am)

Hydroworks – Non-swimmer. Uses water resistance to shape and tone. 1 hour. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays @9:30am, Mondays & Wednesdays @5:30pm, and Saturdays @8:00am)

 

Land Aerobic Class Descriptions:

SilverSneakers Classic – It can help improve overall strength, flexibility and balance. Class is held in seated position, using a chair. 45 minutes. Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday @10:30am and Tuesday/ Thursday @9:30am

SilverSneakers Yoga – SilverSneakers offers a special yoga class in which you’ll learn gentle, effective stretching that can help maintain joint flexibility and prevent injury. Seated (in a chair) & Standing. 45 minutes. Tuesdays/ Thursdays @11:00am.

Low-Impact Aerobics & Conditioning – Active older adults or those beginning their fitness journey.  It’s a fitness cardio class of low to moderate intensity with a variety of movements.  45 minutes (Mondays & Wednesdays @9:30am)

Abs/Stretch  – Core training – 30 minutes of abdominal & back training using the stability ball, resistance bands, weights., followed by a full body stretch.  30 Minutes. (Mondays @12:15pm)

Step and Tone – This class is a circuit type class that uses step for the aerobic portion and basic toning for strengthening the major muscle groups. One hour. (Mondays @5:30pm)

Get L.I.T.! – Low Impact Toning  –  Tone your body with low impact moves.  Using weights as well as your own body weight. One hour. (Tuesdays @5:30pm)

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) – A 30 minute total body, heart pumping, aerobic & strength conditioning workout.  This class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts.  Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.  30 minutes. (Tuesdays @7:15pm, only 30 minutes)

Cardio Hi/Lo (Land) Cardio workout either high or low impact and toning. One hour. (Wednesdays @5:30pm)

PiYo – This class is a mix of Pilates & Yoga Toning using power and strength of body. One hour. (Tuesdays @5:50am)

Barre & Conditioning – Barre is a full body workout that fuses ballet, Pilates, & stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. One hour. (Thursdays @5:50am)

Boot Camp – Ready to be pushed a little out of your comfort zone? It’s a little dose of everything; but not a lot of any one thing. Class is conducted with circuits or Tabata, with a 8-10 minute focus on your core! On good weather days be ready to go outside. One Hour. (Thursdays @5:30pm)

Mixture Delite – A circuit class with a mixture of cardio and toning using weights, tubing and balls. One Hour. (Saturday @8:30am)
